Not and Or is a serie of paintings constructed from found sourced materials and leftover junk from my studio, material with different kind of materiality. I’ve used everything from shiny laminate, pieces from old transport boxes, and old wardrobe  to scrappy wood. Composed together with relation to their shape, size and colour and materiality to fit inside a aluminium frame in a given size in a painterly process. The result is strict and abstract, many of the works have connections to other artists such as August Herbin, Piet Mondrian, Agnes Martin etc.
